Today started off with a meeting amongst the developers where we look at what we’ve done in the past week and how the next week will look in terms of tasks. We have the chance to discuss things we are working on as well.

Today I made a lot of progress on the printing multiple sheets functionality I’ve been working on most of the week. I added another new React component where I will render the list created in the sidebar on the products page. This new component is going to be the last screen before the user can print the sheets. The sheets each have an image which has a customiseable location on the page using sliders. There is an x and y offset as well as an image scale which can be used to adjust the image size. Each sheet on the list must have it’s own controls and preview page so the user can adjust the image to how they like.

The functionality for this already existed for printing an individual sheet however it wasn’t fully reuseable for printing multiple. I made a copy of the existing one and adjusted it to work with multiple sheets which seems to be successful so far. I should come close to finishing it tomorrow.
