As the RES course comes to an end, one of the last things left to do is write an evaluation of the course. Overall, I enjoyed the RES course and believe it’s a helpful course which has sparked interesting conversations and thoughts.
What I enjoyed the most
– Blog postings about a specific provided subject opposed to a freestyle brain dump.
– The philosophical insight behind research and truth
– Actually reading and understanding an academic paper
– The assignments being a fair amount of work
What I enjoyed the least
– Some of the longer sessions on a Friday afternoon
– Writing a research proposal
I appreciate Lars’s commitment to the course and his enthusiasm for the subjects and getting everyone involved in a discussion.
